We thoughtfully selected our matcha: it's Japan-certified organic, single-ingredient, single origin, and stone-milled to make a top quality matcha powder. We work directly with family-owned farm based in Kagoshima.

DWM Signature Chasen

Interested in using the same tools we do? Get our signature Chasen (Whisk) so you can create your own perfect matcha froth at home. The Chasen is an essential part of matcha practice and is made from a single piece of bamboo. Our Chasen features 100-prongs which is perfect for usucha (thinner style matcha).

How to care for your Chasen: Place the whisk under a gentle stream of hot water until clean. Completely dry both the chasen before storing it. 

PRO TIP: Keep your whisk on a Chasen Yasume to help maintain its shape for longer use.
